Regina Celestin, Multifamily Housing DeveloperRegina Celestin is responsible for performing financial feasibility analyses, evaluating due diligence materials, assessing financing options, running detailed pro-forma and operating budget analyses, and preparing loan and/or grant applications, and overseeing renovation on behalf of NHT-Enterprise. Ms. Celestin has experience in various aspects of community development. Prior to coming to NHT-Enterprise, Ms. Celestin worked for the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, the city of Philadelphia’s economic development implementer, and managed the city’s application for an allocation of New Markets Tax Credits as well as other special projects in the Financial Services and Developer Services divisions. Ms. Celestin had the pleasure of participating in formulating a mega-regional plan for economic development in southern Europe. In the California Bay Area, Ms. Celestin also worked for an affordable housing community development corporation and a transitional housing development for homeless families. Ms. Celestin has a Master in City Planning with a
Certificate in Real Estate Design and Development from the University of
Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Stanford University. |
