two affiliates, the National Housing Trust provides capital to meet the
needs of mission driven affordable housing developers who are
preserving and improving at risk existing affordable homes or creating
permanently affordable housing opportunities through community land
trusts and shared equity housing. We provide access to the flexible,
below-market financing that is critical to ensuring that affordable
housing opportunities are not lost.
