NHT-Enterprise Preservation Corporation
National Housing Trust- Enterprise Preservation Corporation is a joint
effort of the National Housing Trust and Enterprise Community Partners, Inc.
NHT-Enterprise collaborates with local partners and investors to raise the
capital necessary to buy and renovate affordable apartments that are at risk
of being converted to market rate or that are deteriorating. Using
innovative, replicable financing mechanisms, NHT-Enterprise has preserved
and improved more than 4,000 affordable homes in eight states and the
District of Columbia. By safeguarding affordable homes, we improve the
well-being of the families and seniors who call them home and reinvest in
and strengthen neighborhoods.
We want to express our deep appreciation for our funders’ support for
NHT-Enterprise and the preservation of affordable housing, including the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation,
Fannie Mae’s Office of Community and Charitable Giving, and the
Freddie Mac Foundation.

Neighborhood Stabilization Program- Round 2 Public Notice
Pursuant to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program-Round Two (NSP2) which
mandates that applicants publish and make available for review and comment
their target geographies and proposed use of funds, this is to advise that:
+ NHT-Enterprise Preservation Corporation plans to submit an application for
$75 million in NSP2 funding;
+ NHT-Enterprise Preservation Corporation will use NSP2 funding to acquire
and rehabilitate foreclosed or abandoned residential properties;
+ NHT-Enterprise is targeting residential properties located in various
neighborhoods in and around: Grand Rapids, Michigan, St. Louis County,
Missouri, and Kansas City, Missouri.
Target neighborhoods have been highlighted in the provided maps and have
been made available for public reference and review.

Conforme a la solicitud la cual corresponde a fondos nombrados “Programa de
Stabilización de Vecindario – Segunda Ronda (NSP2)”y le obliga al
solicitante publicar y hacer disponible para revisión y comentario sus
preferencias geográficas y el uso pretendido de fondos solicitados, este
anuncio pretende informar lo siguiente:
+ NHT-Enterprise Corporación de Conservación pretende presentar una
solicitud de valor total de $75 millones en financiamiento NSP2;
+ NHT-Enterprise Corporacion de Preservacion utilizará el financiamiento
NSP2 para adquirir y rehabilitar propiedades residenciales abandonadas o las
que hayan pasado por ejecución hipotecaria;
