The following activities and associated costs are eligible predevelopment expenses:

Environmental Consultants

Finance and Development Consultants

Tax Credit Consultants

Finance Related Fees (e.g. tax credit reservation fees; loan origination fees)

Market Studies

Project-related sponsor overhead

Other similar costs approved by the NHTCDF Board of Directors
The National Housing Trust Community Development Fund reserves the absolute right to determine the eligibility and reasonableness of any specific fee or expense.
