TrainingThe Trust provides training to state and local housing finance agencies, nonprofits and others interested in preserving and improving affordable, multifamily housing. The Trust's latest series of workshops were conducted on behalf of the Association of Neighborhood and Housing Developers in New York City and the District of Columbia Housing and Community Development Department. The workshops concern (1) the upcoming changes in federal law that impact the preservation and improvement of federally assisted homes; and (2) how to use a mix of federal, state and local resources to preserve and improve affordable housing for working families and seniors.
